These run a little smaller than the sizing indicates, so if you're on the line between two sizes (in my case between small and medium) I'd recommend going with medium. Performance wise, they're great so far. Definitely subjected them to some abuse and they've held up well so far. They're also very lightweight, and breathable. One interesting feature I found noteworthy are the reinforced knees. The fabric has a very rough feel, and they feel rough both on the inside against the skin, and also on the outside. I found that this is extremely useful since it's perfect for transferring friction between your skin and any surface that the outside of the pants are pressed against (doing a knee bar for example) so the knee won't slip out of position once you place it somewhere. It has a coarse abrasive texture, so its not exactly comfortable, but it seems to do exactly what its designers intended. I'd give it 5 stars if not for the sizing issues. But aside from that, these are really great.
