The mandoline has four interchangeable blades for slicing in either direction.
Blades: straight edge, coarse, medium, and fine tooth.
Thickness can be easily adjusted from 0.3 mm to up to 5 mm. Non-skid base and finger guard ensure safe slicing. Mandoline comes apart for easy cleaning.
