L.F.W. FITZ ROY Pant - Coconut Shell
Hands down, the best climbing pant I have ever used. This is my 'Coup de Coeur' for 2021 as far as pants go. My first call with 'Looking' (that's the in-house tag) was a little stressful, but by the time I hung up the phone, I had a new friend.
They shipped me all sorts of gear and we spent weeks trying to kill these pants. I just was not able to put any holes in them whatsoever. Check out the video if you don't believe me. I am not exactly gentle with them on the 32 (count them) kneebar, 40meter 8a monster in Babala.
PS. It's one of the only two pairs of pants I packed for my return to Canada from Greece. Those and Heartbeat. PZ!
JB (the model in the pictures) measures 1m80 and is wearing a Medium.
Ulric is 1m82 (6 feet) and weighs 178lbs (32-33 waists), wears a Large (slightly loose fitting) in Looking for Wild pants.
SIZING: Runs a little small to standard US sizing. If you are a medium on the CUSP of a large, order large. If you are medium through and through, then Medium it is.
Imported from France

First off I am really hard on all clothing I own, this is why I usually buy from the thrift store as the knees and crotch area usually blow out within a week or two. The Fitz Roy pants from Looking for Wild have a excellent fit and nice cotton feel with heaps of stretch (especially is the crotch). I am really impressed with these pants and they are now my go to when i’m going to the crag, out for a fancy dinner or even just to go grocery shopping. There that comfy!
