Owner's Note: Klemen Becan first introduced me to this new hobby. It's really relaxing and super fulfilling. Also knowing I am not dependent on those rusted, beat-down, no schedule streetcars to get my knife sharp, and most importantly, keep it sharp every day, is really cool.

Like everything in life, you can simply do what I do and DO THE DEED, and then it's over (lol), or really dive into it like a pornstar and become an expert. The choice is yours. I prefer the former.

There are tons of sharpening videos online, but SharpEdge really gets it right, and to boot, they climb :)
