This is a wider version of the Japanese Benriner Mandoline slicer. Take this mandoline for slicing larger veggies (cabbage, eggplant, zucchini...). A mandoline slicer is perfect for creating thin (or thick) slices for everything from salads to stir-fries and it makes prep work quick and easy. A major time-saver!
Mandoline has, IN ADDITION to the straight blade that can be resharpened, three interchangeable blades (blades: coarse, medium and fine tooth) for slicing in either direction.
Thickness can be easily adjusted from 0.3 mm to up to 4 mm. Non-skid base and finger guard ensure safe slicing. Mandoline comes apart for easy cleaning.
